Deposit required upon reservation

A deposit of $300 AUD per person is required to secure your reservation and must be paid at the time of making the reservation.  The deposit may be paid by credit card or direct deposit to Hidden Peaks Pty Ltd, BSB: 064 434, Account: 10206493

Balance required 8 weeks prior

The total of the remaining balance is due and payable 8 weeks prior to your selected walking dates.

Cancellation Policy
The following forfeitures / cancellation fees apply to cancellations:

50 days prior to departure - $150 AUD per person

50 - 14 days prior to departure - $300 AUD per person

14 days or less prior to departure - Total booking cost forfeited

Travel insurance is recommended.

Inclusions

The package includes: Two or three days of guided walk, one or two nights at our specially designed campsite Spicers Canopy, an overnight stay and seven course degustation dinner at Spicers Peak Lodge, all meals and drinks, plus return private coach from and to a nominated collection point in Brisbane or from Spicers Peak Lodge.

Light walking clothes and good walking boots are essential.  Guide books, maps, a personal light backpack and wet weather coat will be provided. Further details of equipment you are required to bring will be provided upon booking.

Accommodation is twin share / double.

If you choose to drive to Spicers Peak Lodge for collection, Hidden Peaks Walks staff will provide you with directions to get there.
