Spicers Peak Lodge

The architecturally stunning Spicers Peak Lodge sits on a spectacular plateau on the mountain top where it commands mesmerising and expansive views of the surrounding area.

It is Queensland’s highest retreat and can only be seen from the air, ensuring utmost privacy for guests. Featuring high ceilings, fireplaces, rich timber fittings and stylish decor, the Lodge offers a secluded retreat, seemingly a million miles from the pressures of modern life.

We pride ourselves on serving the finest local produce including prize-winning wine in relaxed and stylish surrounds.

This is where the Spicers Private Walk ends. Our aim is for you to leave on Day 4 (Day 3 on our 3-day walk) with a renewed sense of life and feeling refreshed and invigorated. The Walk package includes a long lunch on the last day at the Lodge restaurant. At 1100 metres above sea level, this overlooks most of the country which we walk through on Spicers Private Walk and the stunning Scenic Rim mountain range.

After lunch the private coach departs about 1.30pm and returns walkers to Spicers Hidden Vale Retreat or to hotels or airport in Brisbane.
